Custom-made indigo selvedge denim fabric, accented with Parisian kraft paper at the waistband. Multi-dimensional fusion techniques: color patchwork, precision-cut seams, multi-pocket construction, and material layering—complex yet meticulous.
Prioritizing authentic denim fabric for customization, we employ specialized techniques: snowball washing, salt washing, and custom solvent treatments. Denim is immersed in a solution containing precise dye concentrations, then scrubbed and air-dried to accelerate fading and oxidation. Combining rubbing-creased whisker techniques with gun-drawn whisker techniques, specific areas are manually rubbed to achieve natural wrinkles. Special tools then etch whisker-shaped textures, maximizing visual impact.
Custom pocket templates are positioned for spray application. Specially formulated reagents are precisely sprayed onto designated areas using an airbrush, triggering a chemical reaction with the fabric to create a gradual gradient effect.
